DO YOU OFFER A WALK-IN SERVICE?... WE DO NOT OFFER A WALK IN SERVICE, CONSULTATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? WE ACCEPT BOTH CARD AND CASH PAYMENTS. *Please note we do not accept payments via cheque.

DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS? WE DO NOT OFFER ANY FORM OF PAYMENT PLAN, ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF SERVICE.

HOW MUCH IS A CONSULTATION? PLEASE ASK FOR UP TO DATE CONSULTATION FEES WHEN YOU ARE BOOKING , THE CONSULTATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF ANY MEDICATION OR FURTHER TESTING THAT MAY NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT.

DO YOU HAVE A LONG WAITING LIST FOR APPOINTMENTS? WE DON'T HAVE TOO LONG OF A WAIT FOR APPOINTMENTS AND WILL ALWAYS TRY TO GET YOU IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR AT A TIME THAT SUITS YOU.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY? GENUINE EMERGENCIES ALWAYS TAKE PRIORITY, SIMPLY GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL ADVISE YOU ON THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION.

HOW DO I ORDER MY PET'S REPEAT PRESCRIPTION? YOU CAN NOW ORDER YOUR PET'S REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ONLINE OR SIMPLY BY GIVING US A CALL. *Please note we require a minimum 24 hour notice period for repeat prescriptions.

IS THERE A CAR PARK AT THE CLINIC? YES, WE HAVE A CLIENT CAR PARK AT OUR CLINIC.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS? WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO WELCOME NEW CLIENTS! *Please note we will require your pet's full previous veterinary history prior to arranging their initial consultation.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER MY PET HAS HAD SURGERY?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT'S TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO MY PET? EVERY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS IS THE MOST DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL PART OF BEING A PET OWNER. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU AND YOUR PET RECEIVE THE UPMOST CARE, COMPASSION AND RESPECT DURING THIS HEARTBREAKING TIME. WHEN YOU FEEL IT IS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE, WE ADVISE GIVING US A CALL AND SPEAKING TO OUR STAFF ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THAT SUITS YOU AND ALSO THE OPTIONS WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR AFTER YOUR PET HAS GONE TO SLEEP.
